This is the small print for Pipe Hill House.
Check-in is between 3.00pm and 8.00pm. If you are arriving earlier or later, this is by appointment only, as we may be in the garden, out shopping for breakfast items or busy preparing your room.
Check-out is by 11.00am Monday to Friday and by 12 noon at weekends.
Smoking
There is no smoking, anywhere. It’s a smoke free zone!
Pets
We can’t accommodate any pets, however well behaved – Nick has a severe pet hair allergy! And as we’re in the countryside we’re surrounded by rabbits, moles, the occasional deer and our chickens.
Cancellations
Bookings cancelled within 14 days of your stay may incur a charge of up to 80% of your booking if we can’t re-let. We will do all we can to re-let, but if you’ve booked through a third party (for example Lastminute.com or Expedia) we can’t always ‘undo’ their booking.
Bookings cancelled up to 48 hours before your stay will be charged at 100% of your booking.
If you are unsure about your plans it’s wise to take out travel insurance.
